Forget Leads is operated by JBM International, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect on forgetleads.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

Contact form. If you fill out our contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and your message.

Website check. If you run our free website check, we receive the website address and search term you enter and, if you ask for the full report, your email address.

Basic visit counts. We count page visits on our own servers. This uses no cookies and no third-party tracking services, and it does not identify you. Individual visit records are deleted within 90 days.

What we do not do. This site does not use advertising trackers, Google Analytics or social media pixels. We do not sell your information or build profiles of visitors.

How we use your information

We use contact form submissions to respond to you. We use the website address to run your report, and your email to send you the report and to follow up about your results. If you do not want follow-up, tell us and we will stop.

Who can see it

Your information goes to us. The website check and this site run on a technology partner's systems and on hosting and database providers, which store data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your choices

Email brian@jbgdllc.com to see, correct, or delete anything you have sent us.

Children

This site is for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If our practices change, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
